Had a non-standard garage door bottom seal that I failed at replacing myself due to the odd size/shape. Ruben was out within a few hours to take a look. He had to get the part from the manufacturer, which he did the next day on a Saturday and replaced the seal the following morning. We were on a tight timeline due to going out of town on Sunday, so getting it done quickly was a priority and Ruben got it done.
