- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A lot of work goes into what I do. The thing that I wish the most that people understood is that telling me I'm not charging enough, and then leaving the item there, doesn't really do me very much good. Yes, I'm glad you think my skills are valuable, and are worth more than I'm asking for what I've made, but that knowledge doesn't "pay the bills." But even having said that, this is a labor of love. I would continue to do this, even if no one ever bought anything. I find myself more relaxed, a better person, and I even surprise myself sometimes with what I've made. And this goes both ways too; the prices I'm asking, I'm making less than minimum wage... in most cases, way less. I'm okay with that; labor of love... that's what it is. With the tarot readings, I've had some people come to me and tell me they want me to use the cards to tell them what their question is... okay, sometimes that happens. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the cards tell you what you what you need to know, not what you want to know. I don't control that, and neither does anyone else.
