James was professional. As soon as he arrived at the place, he worked on the outlet right away. He finished changing the outlet in timely manner. I would call James next time for electrical needs.

Great service. They troubleshooted my electrical problems over the phone free of charge. Save me $$$. Everyone I talked to charged me to come and take a look for a fee. My problem was solved just like that for free. I'm grateful and will be using them for future electrical needs

I had 3 new outdoor fixtures to be installed and a quirky on/off switch that was acting up. I explained my needs to James, answered a few questions and 2 days later, the work was all completed. I am very satisfied with all of his work and would contact him again for any electrical work I may need.

Get Lit did a great job hanging a specially light fixture for us and troubleshooting an electrical switch issue. I also liked that he brought his teenage son, and taught him while he worked. Will will definitely use this company again anytime we have an electrical issue.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as pricing, every customers needs and dreams are different. Most jobs I will let the customer make the decision of whether they would like a time and material rate or just a contracted rate. I also offer a 2-hour service call for $365 to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my main focus is to know and pay attention to what the customer would like. Then I may help the customer to understand what the options may be with their projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the greatest aspects of my education is I have been in the field 21 yrs. No greater lesson in all of life than hands on.
