- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as pricing, every customers needs and dreams are different. Most jobs I will let the customer make the decision of whether they would like a time and material rate or just a contracted rate. I also offer a 2-hour service call for $365 to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my main focus is to know and pay attention to what the customer would like. Then I may help the customer to understand what the options may be with their projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the greatest aspects of my education is I have been in the field 21 yrs. No greater lesson in all of life than hands on.
