- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most things have standard prices unless there are unknowns or custom work has to be done. Anything that will cost over $1000 will require a contract as it is Arizona Law. Smaller jobs that take a few hours we charge by the hour when you provide the materials. Typically $120 for the first 2 hours then $60 for each hour after that for (1) Technician. Holiday Lights we charge $80 an hour and that is for (2) Installers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questions, I love to ask questions about everything I'm about to do. So when I finish the work, my customer is 100% happy. I never assume the average is what others want. I make sure everything is customized to my customers needs. It's all about the customers needs, and I'm happy to make sure they get what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Xpertecs has a bachelors degree in architecture and over 17 years of working with electronics, cabling, construction, renovations, landscaping, design and integrating technology. Xpertecs is also a licensed, bonded & Insured Contractor.
