I recently hired this cleaner through Thumbtack and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. While they were polite and on time, the actual cleaning was very surface level. A lot of areas I specifically mentioned were missed. And I had to re-clean several spots myself. I did share this feedback already, but overall I wouldn’t book again.

Hi Mona, I appreciate the feedback. You mentioned due to your culture that every spot must be spot free and that I should buy heavier cleaners which I could do. The spots in the sink, I recommend clr which I did not have and I ask you to please remember that I offered before leaving to fix whichever spots they were that you are mentioning because I am not sure which spots you might be referring to but overall I am sorry that you were not completely satisfied with hre service as that is not what I intend to achieve. Hopefully you will find a cleaner that can meet your expectations going forward. Thank you for the feedback.
