FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies by job. some homes are single level some are too some have wood trim some have stucco trim. Some have extended patios and need repair, some have stucco repairs. Some want very high-end products used, some are okay with the middle of the road. So costs will depend upon the customer's wants and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions and listening. Discover what their wants are and finding out what is needed. Then planning a meet to go see the project and get to know what those wants and needs are visually. Let them understand what it is that we may see that they do not and give them more information to make their choices easier to make. Give some insight and understanding as to our processes as well. From here we both can see if we are a fit for one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On hand learned years of doing this. The experience of learning by doing it and being taught by very experienced people have helped to mold me to want the best from myself and my employees.
