My ultimate goal as a Woman's Life, Mindset, Relationship, Spiritual and Confidence Coach is to help her find her own inner power, her feminine genius, and to be uber grounded in self love, sassy and divinely connected to soul and spirit. To love herself so her life love partner can love her too. So she can love them and so their is mutual connection, communication and a fun, sexy flow to her life in our out of a relationship. I am re-opening my Thumbtack profile after being away for quite some time hosting women's retreats and workshops. Teresa is an amazing life/business/ coach, ( are they different?) She is intuitive, direct, dynamic, and clear. I feel supported stepping into my dream, out of my comfort zone, and into the great unknown. As a coach, I feel like she was custom made just for me. I know she cares. She is wise, kind, savvy, and understands the world and its intricate workings on a very deep level. She is available whenever I need her, sometimes even if I don't ask for help directly. I've had a few days when I'm feeling blah and uninspired, and then, viola!, like magic, a pep-talk from Teresa in my in-box. Teresa had me focus on 3 major goal areas. For each of these areas I wrote up weekly goal trackers and could see if I was making progress or not. When I got stuck Teresa had creative ideas for what to do. She is a supportive positive person. She gave me many ideas for expanding my business from how to make sales calls to in depth marketing plans. I made the connection that growing my business means growing myself and often going out of my comfort zone.

I work with clients in monthly packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically work over the phone or via video calls. The first step is to also get super clear on what my client's vision for life is and what is keeping her/him from attaining it. We create a plan for a deep dive on inner work and what can be done in the real world to make it happen. It is co-creation at it's best.

Certified Life & Relationship Coach. and Law of Attraction Trainer. A very successful career of 15 years in corporate management with clients and teams worldwide. Created my own successful business. Found my ideal partner across the world even after having experienced a devastating divorce. Marathon runner, healthy lifestyle advocate.
