Not even one star. I was contacted 1 hour before they were supposed to show up to let me know they would be about an hour late, then was contacted 30 after that he had a family emergency and could not help me. Mentioned sending his crew, but never heard another response again. No follow up, no phone call, no response to numerous texts. We were lucky we had another two days to move and found other movers to help us even though we had to pay for another day for the truck. I understand not being able to come due to a family emergency, but no reason not to communicate for help make other arrangements. Completely unprofessional.
