From the first call to the final handshake, Scott was professional, respectful, and clearly knew his craft. He asked thoughtful questions, some I hadn’t even considered, to understand exactly what kind of help my family needed for the most efficient move possible. He’s not in this line of work just to make a quick buck or drag out the clock. Everything he does shows tact, care, and genuine consideration for the people he’s serving. We hired him after another company had taken advantage of during a flood in our home, and the difference was night and day. Scott and his crew were efficient, adaptable, and went above and beyond. They made two stops for us, wrapped and protected every item that needed it, and came fully prepared even though I had underestimated how much we had to move. What really impressed me was that he let me know about damages caused by the previous movers, so I was aware of everything. He even brought tools to remove wall fixtures and tidied up a few leftover items on the floor I hadn’t packed yet. Scott runs his business the right way—That Guy Movers LLC is fully insured, and it gave me peace of mind knowing our belongings were protected throughout the move. Scott and his team finished the job hours earlier than expected, yet handled every item with care . You can tell he takes pride in servicing others, and that makes all the difference. This guy and his team truly know what they’re doing. I’ll absolutely be hiring him again for all my future moving needs.

Everything was explained in detail of what to expect from his company as well as the information needed to make the most accurate estimate and fair price for the company and the customer. Just to be clear I would select all 5 options here. Professionalism, punctuality, value, responsiveness, and work quality. Top notch on all of them! Scott even gave me tips on where to buy straps and blankets and sent a coupon to get a little extra off.
