Saint is the best piano tuner we have ever had. My piano holds its pitch perfectly. When he’s done tuning, He always tests the pitch by playing a beautiful song for me! Always a treat!

If I could give Saint a 100 stars I would. I’m not just the typical client. I’m a piano teacher, I’m super picky, and I have perfect pitch. So few piano tuners have ever pleased me. That is until Saint tuned my piano. I had never heard the highest octave on my piano even have anything even resembling a pitch yet he gave me beautiful sounding tones out of them that I didn’t even know was possible. I was in a panic because the spring broke in the D key right above middle C. I contacted several tuners and no one returned my call for help. Saint responded immediately. He came the very next day. Punctual and smiling even though it was 8:00pm (I still can hardly believe he was willing to come that late!). He was so organized he made me a bit jealous. Lol. He was professional, easy going, and a joy to have in my home. He’s incredibly gifted!! No one else will ever tune my piano again except him! I can’t believe someone could make such a perfectionist this happy but he did! If you want the job done properly call Saint! I’m sooooo thankful I did!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. Plus my base price includes tax already added. I Love Pianos but I dislike Math so I like to keep it simple. Cost is the same for an upright a spinet or a grand and I do not charge for mileage. ALL tunings are $210.00 The first time through Thumbtack. Future tunings are discounted to $190 and will remain $190 forever as long as I tune the piano at least once a year going forward. Most repairs are normally free of charge as long as I am tuning the piano anyway and no parts are needed. AND HERE"S THE FINE PRINT!!! Once you are my client and on my client list. IF YOU TUNE YOUR PIANO AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR YOUR PRICE WILL NEVER GO UP!!! YOUR RATE WILL ACTUALLY DECREASE AND WILL REMAIN AT A DISCOUNTED RATE FOREVER. I APPRECIATE LOYALTY AND THAT IS MY THANK YOU TO YOU. I do not service organs or digital keyboards.

I am and have been a member of the Piano Technicians Guild since 1999.
Aside from forums on the website as well as monthly technical meetings. I attend yearly conferences and Regional seminars to stay on top of my field and learn from the worlds best tuners. A good day is one where you wake up. A GREAT day is one where you learn something new.
