I contacted several propertymanagement companies, and they were all very good, but Century 21 Northwest in my opinion was clearly a cut above the others. Jackie provided excellent service. She quickly responded to all my questions and gave very thorough and helpful responses. Plus, she was willing to correspond by Email which was really helpful for me. She has been a delight to work with and provided service that exceeded my expectations. She is the best I have found!!!

After a not so nice experience several years ago, Bob became my propertymanager and everything changed! He made good on all the shoddy work that was done previously and he hasn't let me down yet! He takes care of everything for me including opening my insurance claims. I felt so blessed to have him as my "personal" propertymanager! I never had to worry again. how many property owners have their propertymanager's cell number? And get a response while he is on vacation? Thank you Bob and C21 for all your support and efforts. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have many special programs for new customers depending on their needs. Please ask us!
We are currently offering a low rate of 8% per month!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet face-to-face in the rental property. That way we can tour the property and give a better estimation of the market value for your rental. However, many of our clients are across the country and overseas, and we handle everything through the phone, mail, and internet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our property managers are also licensed real estate agents. They exclusively practice property management.
They all do 9 hours of continuing education every year in property management and law. We hold additional real estate classes every Tuesday in our office to keep up on the changing market and laws.
