I think Mike did an awesome job, he was professional, explained everything about the process clearly, and did everything he said he would do in the time frame he said he would do it in. We were unsure about using a property management company, but decided to give it a try and we are very pleased in our decision to do so. Have never tried any other companies and don`t think any of them can do any better then what Mike has done for us. Mike is a man of his word, sincere, reliable, honest and professional, and I think that says it all. Thank You Mike.

I happy I choose TPS to manage my properties. I have had a few other managers over the years and they are the best. TPS is transparent, fare and easy to work with. Moreover my tenants seem happy with their management style and helpfulness.

Mike at Top Property Shop is wonderful! He has by far exceeded my expectations of a management company. I was previously working with a management company that did not meet my expectations (to say the least). After meeting with three different companies, I decided to give Mike at Top Property Shop a try. I was not disappointed! Not only are his rates fair, he is very responsive, professional and personable. He was able to find a great tenant for my property and has taken care of my condo as if it were his own. He returns phone calls and emails very promptly and is able to answer any questions I may have. He truly cares about his customers and it shows! He has made owning a rental property so much easier and has showed me how a management company should work! Thanks, Mike!

I own a condo Ina different state and have little time to manage it because I'm in the military. After shopping around, I chose TPS after my wife called Mike Carsey who was the most professional and down to earth. Since managing the condo, he has marketed, moved a tenant in, fixed every little problem with my condo without me having to be there. The hardest thing I had to do was send him the mail keys and sign some papers. They have been so professional and user friendly that it has taken a lot of stress out of my life.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple. We charge as little as $450. leasing fee, 9.5% of rent for management fee. That's it we like to keep it simple and clear with no confusing "hidden" fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what their needs are and what their goals are. We make the process of hiring us very easy and convenient for the client. We are always available to our clients and provide useful feedback and advice for them to make a educated decision on how to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do 24 to 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years to stay on top of the changing real estate market.
