I have to say, working with mike and top property shop is the best experience I could hope for. I am an investor and am very familiar with many property management companies. Mike is very knowledgeable about the current market and responds quickly to my questions and needs. He was able to get my home rented very quickly and for more rent than I was expecting. His tenant screening process was very thorough and we are blessed with great tenants. I also like the way he handles communication with the tenants and also with me. Every month I get a statement for my records that is easy to read along with my rent. I cannot say enough about the service I get from top property shop and I recommend them to all of my colleagues.

Initially, my plan was to purchase a couple of houses in Buckeye area. I contacted Mike and I was so impressed with his work ethic, knoweldge of the area, and the housing market that I ended up buying two houses. A couple of months later, Mike helped me with purchasing two additional houses in Avondale and Tolleson area. Although I was short in cash, Mike helped me locate a money lender and there I was buying two more houses. Also, I knew if I am going to work with a realtor, I would not be able to find anyone better than Mike as he helped me with purchasing the first two houses I own. He is curteous, friendly, answered my calls, and helped me all along the process and in fact answered my questions and provided me with educated advice as he is/was my guideness. After a couple of years paying down the properties, I knew I cannot find anybody better than Mike so I contacted him for the third time and he helped me buying the fifth house. I was so proud of working with Mike as he became my friend and my realtor. Certainly I trust his judgment which lead me to contact him again January 2014 asking about housing market in the Phoenix area and in February 2014 (two weeks ago), I bought one house and one condo through Mike. The bottom line is if I want to buy any house in the Phoenix area, I would not talk to anyone but Mike from Top Property Shop which is my only one stop real estate shopping.

I've been working with Michael for almost a year now. When I was initially looking for a Property Management Company in the Phoenix area, I found others who estimated that it would take over a month to list my property. With Michael, he was able to get the property within two weeks. He's been a great partner with my rental properties. He is very responsive, and has made himself available no matter what day. He manages the neighbors who complain, the HOA, as well as our tenant. We had a water heater that leaked and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the house. Michael was there meeting with vendors and clean up crews to ensure that I was getting the right team to complete the work.

When I contacted Mike, I was in a real bind. It had taken a real estate agent 3 ½ months to find a tenant and now the tenant was breaking the lease after only 3 months. I live out of state which made matters worse. I very apprehensively explained my situation to Mike, thinking who is going to want to take over in the middle of this mess. Mike responded with a no problem, I can help you spirit. He jumped right in, quickly obtaining all the pertinent documents regarding the current tenant. Our pricing is very simple. We charge as little as $450. leasing fee, 9.5% of rent for management fee. That's it we like to keep it simple and clear with no confusing "hidden" fees.
