- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will always be fair. I stand behind my workmanship as well as my product. I will always answer or return your calls if needed and you can rest assured that I'll always show up when I say I will.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask questions pertaining to what it is your trying to accomplish. I will then give you my feedback on how we can get that done with the best solution. Most of the time I will meet with you prior to doing any work and go over step by step so we are all on the same page and expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years in the field I hold multiple certifications in low voltage and safety pertaining to the work I perform.
