- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing includes Chemicals, pricing starts at $130 for a base play pool. It goes up depending on size and backyard landscape.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out. I’ll answer any questions or concerns you may have while also getting you scheduled for a quick in person estimate. Based on that visit you would be able to agree to start service Immediately or take a few days to consider it. Once your decision is made, you’ll have a Service date selected based on your location and our availability. No contracts, We do have Customer agreement to sign. Which provides billing information and sets general expectations. You may cancel service at anytime.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers from all backgrounds. Your income or property value is not of my concern. The service rate is strictly based on the size of pool, Landscape, and usage. IE: Two separate homes same neighborhood same 10,000 Gallon pool. One is a single person who doesn’t use the pool often. The other is a family of 4 with 2 dogs who truly enjoy getting the most of their backyard and using their pool will have a greater chemical cost.
