- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are straight forward pricing charge per room. All taxes included only fee is ser-charge for card payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job is different and is approached and completed and different ways. Our trained technicians have seen a wide variety of scenarios commercial and residential. We will ask or bring up any areas of concern and inform you as to what the expected outcome will be. Next we will collaborate with the customer suggesting where the best place to start and always work our way out the door.
