While we did not end up working together, I will definitely reach out to them in the future for there honesty and integrity. They were very honest and professional about the scope of the work. They booked the team to come out and take care of our parking lot the other day. They got there and realized that the state of it was so poor that a seal coat would not stick properly. They even tried to do a sample area to make sure. Cleaning the surface just kept giving way. They took care of us and didn't want us to waste our money and be unhappy with the job - that perhaps other vendors may have done just to earn a buck. When we have a larger budget for resurfacing, we will reach out to them again. Thank you for your time and being upfront. That is highly commendable!
