- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our sales team will complete a building inspection accompanied by our quality control manager along with the assigned staff members to outline our expectations. Once our survey is completed we then assign one of our facility service managers to ensure that all of your needs are being met, management will be there to make sure that all staff members meet our cleaning requirements. Our quality control team is available 24/7 and will respond within an hour of your call.
