Liz is the project manager/translator (to English for me) and Javier is the builder. Liz keeps in contact promptly via text leaving no questions unanswered or unresolved. She is excellent at clarification, crossing all T's and dotting all I's. Javier comes from a background of building houses, framing though finish. He is the person you want building your strong, water-resistant outdoor cabinets/sheds. "Q", Javier's assistant is also very proficient. Pricing is fair. They take only one job at a time insuring completion in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed with this team. Hire them today!!!

Prime cc reached out quickly, with photos and rough measurements they made a competitive price quote without having to visit in person. Very professional, good workmanship and most importantly fast. One afternoon to remove the old planks, the next full day to lay the new planks. The redwood decking looks great. I will use them again for other projects.

Javier and Liz are really good with their work. We did our island panelling and cabinet handles done by them. Javier did the panelling exactly like the pictures we showed to him. we are so happy with the complete look.

When working with a new client, my process begins with a consultation to understand their needs, budget, and vision for the shed. We’ll discuss size, design, materials, and any special features they want. After gathering all the details, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I start the design and build, keeping the client updated throughout the process. Upon completion, I ensure everything is to their satisfaction before finalizing the project. Communication is key to making sure the client’s expectations are met every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with hands-on experience in framing houses, which gave me a strong foundation in construction and building techniques. While I don’t have formal education in design or engineering, I’ve honed my skills through years of on-the-job training, learning from experienced professionals, and continuously refining my craft. I’ve also attended workshops and training courses to stay updated on the latest materials and building practices.
