We had Dale install very expensive backsplash in our brand new house. He was very pushy about receiving payment prior to completing the job. Once we paid him there was nothing we could do about the unfinished work and mistakes he had made. In many areas our backsplash is drooping, broken, or not leveled). Also, our backsplash is supposed to be shiny and because the grout was not cleaned off when wet our entire backsplash has a dull finish to it that has been getting better with scrubbing but still an issue. Additionally, when we mentioned the unleveled backsplash, Dale blaimed the builder for building an uneven wall; however, he never mentioned it when he was installing the backsplash (when we had the chance to speak to the builder to get it leveled as part of our warranty...now its too late since he has already installed the backsplash). Really upset that this is something that we did not get done with the builder. Now we either have to live with or spend twice as much more to uninstall all of the backsplash, repurchase the backsplash and rehire a professional to reinstall the backsplash. :/

Dale was great very professional and helpful. He showed up on time to give me a quote. Since his price was the lowest and I had the tile for backsplash, he was able to start project on the same day. Looked so good I hired him to add a natural stone accent wall tile in front entrance, also looks great. I would recommend Dale to friends.

Dale installed a kitchen backslash and tile around our fireplace. He was on time for his quote and came in right where I was expecting to pay! He was able to start 2 days later and completed what I consider to be a pretty big job in 4 days. The tiling looks great...we've gotten so many compliments already! It was a pleasure having Dale in my home...extremely friendly guy!!!!!

Had 12 x 24 Marble tiles installed for a Clients fireplace/surround.....tricky small area....With a Wood Mantel attached to wall....Dale was able to cut tile and grout match....The white Italian marble /grey vein tile perfectly. ...lot of extra work.....polished tile...When done...client happy...Thank You Dale....for making her Fireplace beautiful!!♡

Our pricing is not complicated at all and all of our work and pricing is laid out before we begin our work. If any changes are made, we will go over it with you and agree upon a price before we continue our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up and attend as many classes that I can through IICRC certification but often get better results with researching online the newest trends as well as any other information that I may not be aware of.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the carpet industry and through talking with other business owners moved from one business to another and gained the experience as well as the training to do stone, and tile and thats where I am today. I also like hands on work and I love to create and stone and tile allows me to be creative and make my customers visions come to life. I want my customers to look at their finished product and be happy and satisfied when they look at their investment.
