I cannot notarize someone’s signature who is not of sound mind. They must be aware of what they are signing and agreeing to. Also, I can not perform marriage ceremonies. Az requires an ordained minister to perform the ceremony and I’m not an ordained minister. Please note all signers must have valid state ID/DL. I’m not able to accommodate Covid positive individuals. No hospital visits to Covid floors. For vehicle titles the current owner must be present and sign in my presence. I charge $10 per signature plus a travel fee based on distance from 85338. If the drive is more then 60 miles the trip fee must be paid upfront via credit card, Zelle or Apple Pay If you’d prefer to drive to me, you can do so I’m located in Goodyear off Estrella Parkway and the 10. If you drive to me no travel fee will be charged. It would just be $10 per signature.
