Introduction: My focus is on the physical aspects of yoga. While every yoga experience promotes mental and physical well-being, my classes do not involve chanting or meditation. I am open to small groups, businesses and especially private lessons. I love hearing about the changes my clients experience as they further their practice: increased flexibility, decreased aches and pains, toning of the muscles, and an overall sense of well-being and connectedness to their bodies.

I took a multi level yoga class with Danielle a short while ago. She is an amazing instructor. Danielle brings a great deal of knowledge of yoga and different positions to her teaching. She had been extremely helpful to me in instructing poses to work on specific muscle groups. I have taken yoga classes for almost twenty years and was very impressed and enjoyed taking classes with Danielle.

Danielle Foley is an amazing yoga teacher. I know this because she taught yoga to my class of second graders. Under her skillful guidance, they quickly learned the expectations and poses of yoga. Plus, Danielle made it so enjoyable that they eagerly looked forward to her next visit. If Danielle was still in New Hampshire, I would love to be one of her students.

Danielle is very patient and helps me push myself further! She explains the positions clearly and ensures I understand what each position is targeting. Never did yoga before in my 45 years and I Love it!
