Robert is very professional in the way he interacts with his customer taking the time to explain how things work and what can be done to extend the life of the garage doors and openers he works on. He was prompt and thorough and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any and all garage door service. I will definitely use him again.

Garage door spring broke leaving me unable to get my car out for a Dr appointment. At 4 pm, thought I would have to call for a ride but took a chance to call Pioneer. They said that they would be here in 40 minutes. Actually made it in about 35. Had the replacement parts on the truck, installed and a complete tune up on the door in no time flat. Suggested a couple of upgrades and will definitely consider doing them. Top Notch service. Highly recommend them.

We have been using Pioneer Garage Doors for our garage door maintenance and repairs. Robert does a great job of explaining what needs to be done. We have had our broken spring replaced, and our rollers upgraded. They also installed a new keypad! Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is excellent.

I had started my morning early to find a broken garage door.As soon as I called to get an idea how much this would cost me I was told everything straight forward what to expect.I was taken care of same day and the whole experience was very wonderful! Went above and beyond in customer service.
