- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $95 and there is a 2 hour minimum, and 100 mile maximum. I offer 10% discount for seniors and veterans - please ask me about it! I accept Cash, Check, and Venmo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me, I try to respond very quickly. I want my customers to know that their interest in me is appreciated. I will tell the prospective customer whether or not I can do the requested job and I may ask some clarifying questions to make sure I understand the expectations. Pictures are always helpful - so, please share. It helps me see what the customer has in mind. A quick call is also a good way to sort out the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I built houses for a company in my 20s and went back to that later in life as part of a small team. We did it all: foundation to roof.
