- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are $10/signature and $0.57/mile on a one-way trip basis to the meeting location from my office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will add the customer into my schedule with their basic contact inforamation (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and How they found me). Once the customer is in my system I confirm the appointment and send out a confirmation text automatically from my system when the appointment is confirmed. I also send an "On My Way" text when I am heading to the signer's location. That way they know that I will arrive shortly. Once the Notarization(s) is/are complete. I can close the appointment out and send you a receipt for either payment methods, Cash or Card. An automated review request is sent out to all customers upon the completion of the appointment. A review is not required, however we greatly appreciate any insight you can provide to potential future customers that are looking for a notary to help them.
