I've worked with several process servers in the past, but never been as impressed as I was with All City Serve. Price was a big factor for me and I shopped the Phoenix valley and chose All City Serve because their price was the lowest. I was under the impression that all process servers were the same, but I learned that is NOT the case. Not only did Carlos drive 75 miles each way, but he worked me in and did it immediately since timeliness was paramount, in this instance. He did not stop there--he took of photo of the recipient's car in front of the delivery address, made several attempts to get someone to answer and then recorded the person answering the door and lying about the recipient not living there or being present at the time. He didn't charge me anything extra for this extra service and these extras have become immensely helpful in my case! I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE ANYONE IN THE PHOENIX AREA other than ALL CITY SERVE ! ! !

Carlos responded so quickly I thought it was a scam or a "bot reply." The quality of service continued to amaze me when he came to my house just a day later to pick up the paperwork and explain the process to me. He is genuine and respectful and his kindness and expertise made what looked like a daunting and confusing process ridiculously simple and painless.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain the process Answer any questions Have them send the documents and receive payment. Effect proper and promptly service to the recipient. File proof of service with respective court. Email copy to Client for there records.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every process server in Arizona has to take 10 hours of continuing education every year. I also am associated with the best Process Server Association in Arizona that is actively updating me with up to the minute new regulations and policies mandated by the Supreme Court.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to provide a great service at a reasonable affordable price.
