- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in the process of completing my Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. My philosophy is that one can never learn enough; I will more than likely be a student for life, just so I can have knowledge about everything possible

By chance; performed clerical duties and it all just stuck with me
