- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep things straight and honest. No trip fees, no games, and no surprise charges. I tell you the price before I start so there aren’t any “gotcha” moments at the end. I also give 10% off (up to $100) for active duty military, veterans, and first responders. This is just a small way to show some appreciation for what they do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions to understand the issue, then schedule a time that works for you. I show up on time, check things out, explain what’s going on, and give you clear options and pricing before doing any work. Straightforward and no pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been plumbing full-time in Arizona for over 10 years, working on everything from new construction to service and repair. I hold an AZ CR-37 plumbing contractor license and stay up to date with code changes and new products so the work’s always done right and up to standard.
