Taz was extremely professional and friendly. He actually showed up on time and flushed our water heater. Weve only had it for 1 yr, but there was already sediment buildup in the tank that he showed us and flushed out. He even did a complimentary check of all our plumbing fixtures and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on, but didnt try to upsell me or use any fear tactics. Honest dude!

Taz was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explained everything in detail. Had all the parts on hand and was finished in less then an hour. Cleaned up very well and discarded the old parts. He even replaced the filler on my pool, which was not included in the estimate.
