- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep things straightforward and honest. No gimmicks, no surprise charges, and no pressure. I explain what I’m seeing, walk you through your options, and give clear pricing before any work starts. I specialize in system-level plumbing issues like water heaters, hidden leaks, pipe repairs, and hard water solutions, so most of my calls are real problems not quick handyman fixes. I also offer a small appreciation discount for active duty military and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions to understand what’s going on, then schedule a time that works. I show up on time, inspect the issue, explain what I’m seeing, and walk you through your options. A lot of the homes I work in have water heater problems, hidden leaks, or issues caused by Arizona’s hard water, so I focus on identifying root causes not just quick patches. Once you’re comfortable with the plan and pricing, I take care of the repair or installation the right way the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been plumbing full-time in Arizona for over 10 years, working in both service and installation. I’m licensed in Arizona (ROC CR-37) and experienced in water heater systems, leak detection and pipe repairs, and water treatment solutions like water softeners, whole-home filtration, and reverse osmosis systems. I stay current on code changes and new products so homeowners get solutions that are safe, reliable, and built to last.
