I reached out because we had an increase in water pressure. Turns out the PRV needed ti be replaced. We woke up to water dripping from our ceiling and quickly realized we had a pipe leak. We called Dream Team Plumbing, and Taz was able to come out within just a couple of hours.From the moment he arrived, Taz was professional, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and quick to get the problem fixed. He also took the time to explain what had happened and made recommendations for the next steps with water damage remediation.What really stood out to me was Tazs knowledge of insurance claims and potential manufacturer defects. He knew exactly what information needed to be documented and what codes and identifying information from the pipes needed to be gathered in order to properly support an insurance claim. Our sink was clogged and it was making our dishwasher backup. We had a different company come out and clear it out but the clog came back quickly. Dream Team came out right away and made sure the clog was completely gone. They were very friendly and professional. Pricing was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by gathering information about the plumbing issue and scheduling an appropriate arrival window. Once onsite, we inspect the problem, explain our findings and provide straightforward options with upfront pricing. After receiving approval, we complete the selected work, test everything for proper operation, clean the work area and review the completed repair or installation with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Arizona plumbing contractor with over 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience. My experience includes plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, water heaters, water and sewer lines, repiping, fixture installation and whole-home water treatment. We follow current Arizona plumbing requirements and manufacturer specifications to provide safe, reliable work.
