David is really great work in a good time fashion. he handles office work with care and respect is always on time. He always answers your questions to the best of his knowledge. He runs a great company and install a water heater for me and a great time fashion great price over at the work he did was the best I've seen I recommend everyone to go to his company.

David came and did a great job installing a new waterheater for me. Never even looked like their was any work done because he cleaned it up really nicely. He does great work. Is always their when you need him and his business. If you need anywork done he's the one you need to call. Very professional courteous and respectful what you want done. Over all a great guy and great worker. I recommend everyone that needs work to go to him.

Prolines HS scheduled an appointment with me for Friday…after waiting all day…I get the telephone text “Is now an ok time to call ? Apologies for the confusion yesterday. We had an unusual amount of reschedule and emergency calls that it just got a bit mixed up”
Due to this no-show…we rescheduled for today, Monday, from 8-10…it is now 10:00…and no show again…I have made several calls earlier this morning to confirm this appointment for today and I have not gotten a response…I have called, texted, and sent a message through the thumbnail App. I understand mix-up, back-ups, and simple mistakes but not responding and taking responsibility and providing a solution is totally unacceptable
