- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of property being appraised, and the complexity of the assignment, and the distance to the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to have a conversation, starting with what you need appraised, and when you need the finished appraisal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have decades of experience, am licensed with the State of Arizona as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and have MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute.
