Introduction: Athlete Development focuses entirely on the individual. The athlete and parent will hear not what they want to hear but what they need to. The strengths of each athlete will be evident but constant focus on weaknesses so that they also can become strengths. Athlete Development Coaches are the person that has to constantly be the bad guy. However, it is in the athletes best interest for the Development Coach to be the bad guy. Knowing I am making a difference. One athlete at a time.

Fundamental softball lessons and athletic training was the service.Took my daughter from mediocre outfielder to a much improved starting middle infield player. Greatly improved throwing strength, speed and accuracy. Batting improvements include better bat speed and ability to hit inside and outside pitches. Thad has a wide variety of equipment and training aids to improve any softball player. His patience and ability to communicate effectively with teenage girls is impressive. I was saddened when his job forced him to move to another city.

Thad, here's a brief report (from Ken). The Varsity had a tournament, Wed thru Sat, in connection with Red Mountain. Tasani was called up to varsity and was put in with her team down 6-1, 2 out, based loaded. The batter struck out, swinging. Wednesday, in an at home game with JV team, she pitched a 6 inning complete game, 6 Ks, 2 BBs, 2 earned runs, win by Skyline 17-7. At bat, she made a really superb bunt that was key to a rally; at other times, she seems to have her hips locked & only swung with arms, making contact but not as potent as I would like. Will take her to batting cage this weekend. She has another game this afternoon, at Skyline. In the field, she made three successful 1-3 plays on comebackers, caught one popup, and made one hideous throw to first for an error. We're working on that (remember the Knoblach meltdown when he was 2B for NYY?).
