Eric replaced my crashed hard drive within 30 minutes of my initial phone call. He was very thorough and made sure every aspect of my computer was working perfectly before I left.       in July due to organizational changes I was laid off by my employer. The position that I held was a six figure income position. After losing my job I was so distraught and afraid, after hearing everyday on tv and elsewhere how bad the job market was. I knew that in order to get back to work that I would need an updated resume. I called Gloria and she was able to meet with me the next day. Being that Gloria had 10 years ago worked up my resume that had gotten me my recently lost job she already had me in her database. In order to update my resume Gloria had to ask me a lot of personal or professional questions. At no time did she make me feel uncomfortable I always felt that she was asking for my benefit. After our interview Gloria took only a few days to rework my resume. When I went back to pick up my completed resume Gloria took the time to go line by line of the entire resume with me and making any changes that she or myself say fit. We finally got to a completed version and when I got home I decided that I didn't like something or would like to say something else. I simply called or emailed Gloria and she promptly made the changes and emailed a revised version to me. This happened several times and never once did she make me feel as I was burdening her. I must admit there were several things in my resume that I wanted to take out but Gloria insisted that I should not based upon her experience. Once I started shopping my resume to different employers the things that I wanted to take out some of the employers would bring them up as strengths. So thanks to Gloria she saved me from myself. Once my resume was complete Gloria gave me several copies on nice paper and also on disk. I started sending my resume out to perspective employers and also posting it on different job boards. OMG! every employer that I contacted called me back, and my email was full from all the perspective employers from the job boards offering me interviews. I had so may interviews that I honestly could not keep up with them I literally would have sometimes three interviews per day. In the end I had 10 job offers all of which paid very well. I accepted a position at a well established company and it also was a six figure position like my previous company, With out the Resume written by Gloria this never would have happened. I know this because all my interviews hinted so and always commented on how my resume stood out and sold me before I even met with them and I also know because a lot of my coworkers who were also laid off are still out of work. Thank you Gloria for all your help and all that you do.
