My pricing is tailored to your specific project. Please contact me for my reasonable rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first contact, we will discuss the nature of your job, the length of the audio or video recordings, pricing, delivery of the transcripts, and turnaround time. I use the Dropbox file sharing application for receiving mp3, mp4 and other file formats, and I can either email the transcripts in Word document form to you or upload them to Dropbox.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Library and Information Science and a Court Reporting Certificate. Working as a Reference Librarian gave me the opportunity to provide customer service and to do research. Working as a court reporter provided me with the opportunity to transcribe my own work. I did freelance transcription for attorneys and court reporting agencies while I was attending court reporting school.
