- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No sales gimmicks and no hidden costs. All prices are quoted up front in writing. We will do a walk-through with the home/business owner to insure all questions and concerns have been addressed. If you prefer a phone estimate, we will do our best to accurately quote you a price. However; a firm quote will be presented prior to service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key, making sure that the customers expectations are understood and met and complete satisfaction is obtained.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience dating back to 1986 working for different carpet cleaning companies to owning my first carpet cleaning company "Reliable" (sold 1990). Re-locating to Nevada for fourteen years now back in Arizona with my second carpet cleaning company "BEST".
