I had close to a 1,000 Sq. Ft. of tile installed. The finished work came out pretty good. On a scale of 1 to 10, it's about a 9. In general it looks great. The price of both the labor and the tile was really good. I bought the tile from Chris too and got it at a good price. Chris, the co. owner, seems to be a very honest, quality minded guy trying to build his business. Unfortunately, the tear out & prep guy was a slob who helped himself to the frig and left a mess. Chris terminated him and apologized for his behavior stating that tries hard to get only good workers. The floor came out great.

Christopher came the next day for a quote, was very professional. We need quick turnaround time and he was extremely accommodating. Installers were on time, very professional and quick. The best part is they are locally owned and very well priced.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a contractor make sure they carry all the required licenses as well as being bonded and insured. Hiring an unlicensed installer doesn't always mean you will get the better price. It just means they wont guarantee their work and you wont have a recourse if the job should go wrong.
