- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually try to come in about a third of the competition, I don't think people should be put in a place where they feel uncomfortable and forced into a decision about their AC system repair. lets talk and come up with a plan and payment that benefits us both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet at a critical time due to the AC or Heat is not working and so I like to gather their address and phone number as well as chat about their issue and let them know I'm there for them. I try to respond to all my customer requests within a 24 hour period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a life time education due to going to school at RSI they offer the opportunity to take classes for free to upgrade you education to new technologies. I am Nate certified and continue to grow as the industry changes daily. education is key when it comes down to knowing your industry.
