- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it is all dependent on hvac units, sizes, brands, models, Freon type, etc. There are so many factors in hvac that it is hard to give a standard price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond to thumbtack with an estimated range as quote. I never want to give false or inaccurate information so it is hard to give an exact quote without more information on the details of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years experience in the field. Worked for a few big companies on residential and commercial projects before starting my own business in 2008. Hands on training, the best way to learn.
