I have a 1685 sq foot single story home and my air conditioner just quit working and John was the first to respond to my ad. Once on the phone he was very nice, informative and didn’t try to up-sale me. He listened to my concerns then came to my house to assess the repair. He was not only on time but I had a quote along with pictures of my unit so I could have the serial numbers just in case I needed it within 1 hour of him looking at it. Turns out I needed a whole new a/c unit due to the age of the old one plus John found several leaks within my walls that rotted away at some of my wiring. Kukkola had the best price out of 4 different companies and was able to fix everything within 2 days of giving me an estimate. John I really appreciate your work ethic and professionalism and I look forward to working with you in the future :-)
