Introduction: I love taking a job or problem and solving it- new problems bring new challenges that need to be overcome and conquered. Because of the fast paced word in which we live and the speed at which things change in the tech industry - new challenges are always present and ready to be solved! One of the passions about what I get to do is perform exemplary customer service - When you have any issue as a tech and are able to perform a phenomenal job for that customer - you can make their day!
