I had two old Dell computers that the hard drives were damaged on. I had 8,700 files that needed to be recovered. I took my two computers to Sparky and he recovered all the files, installed a new hard drive on the laptop, upgraded the memory to 2 gig, and put on a new Windows 7 operating system. I had my computers back the next day. He charged me $100 dollars, not to mention all the free advice he gave me and my wife. I also bought a nice thin panel monitor, replacing my old crt type monitor. I will probably buy one of his refurbished laptops for my daughter, whose laptop just went out. I brought my son's laptop over to Sparky to fix also. The guy is not only fantastic at what he does, but you will not meet a nicer person in this business. He is extremely patient with his customers and will honestly answer all your questions. Prior to Sparky, I had Data Doctors look at my two computers. They ran CHKDSK on both, told me the comptuers were garbage, and charged me $75 for about 15 minutes work. You would be nuts to take your computer anywhere else.

Absolutely incompetent place. Half the laptops there are not refurbished as they claim. Sold me a laptop that could not consistently hold a full charge. They expect customers to buy it and then return it and then request a restocking fee of 30% the sale value. First of all... What restocking fee? You literally just put the laptop back on display without doing anything. You sound like you own a conglomerate or something as if you need restocking fee. What is that a fee for you to walk 2 meters and put the laptop back on display. You don't have any business ethics whatsoever. You sold a laptop that did not charge, and I'm greatly disappointed. Half the customers you retain don't know anything about computers and unfortunately you take comparative advantage of your location.

If this was true then this Customer wouldnt be complaining. This ASUS computer worked exactly as it did when he purchased it and it still does. Its refurbished from the Manufacter and chrages great I showed that to the customer and he wasnt happy with that. As for the Restocking fee its a General practice for most businesses which the customer signed and dated the returned policy which was fully explained to him. I apoligized and was willing to do what I needed to make it right be he was to upset and starting becoming disrespectful towards my employees and my business. So at this time I decided to no longer conduct business with this individual and refunded his money minus the 30% resocking fee which he agreed too.

thieves!!!thieves!!!!thieves!!!!!! i brought in 1 damaged xbox 360 and 1 perfectly working xbox 360. i got back my damaged xbox 360 with a swapped out drive, they stole my working drive and put it in someone elses console and put a broken one in mine!!!! they took apart my working xbox 360 and more than 2 weeks later, no call or update and i gave them 24 hour notice i was going to pickup, showed up to find my xbox 360 in literal pieces!!! not one thing was put together, the only thing that they have back to me from the console that went with the console was the case with the serial number!!!!!!! for the love of god avoid these thieves!!!!!! if i could give these people anything less than a star it would be some handcuffs!!!!!!

Ryan Little stole your hardware and has been fired for that exact reason you were told that as you were communicating with him via text at his Number instead of calling thew Business, also, you continued to have him work on your Gaming Systems after I, the Business Owner told you he was stealing parts and you continued to take your Console to his house to get fixed. I think that you made a stupid decision and shouldn't have ever dealt with him and should've had it professionally done by Qualified techs at RCBS, instead of an 18 year old THIEF, RYAN LITTLE, who is directly responsible for your problem, Good Luck and God Bless you for your maturity and respect

I went to this place to get my laptop repaired. The technician said that the video cable needed cleaning and reinstalling. The fee quoted was $50.00. I was told that I would be informed once the laptop was done. I had to call to see if it was ready because I received no phone calls from them. I was told that it was ready to pick up. When I arrived, the computer did the same "blinking" that was doing before. The guy said that it was the settings and that he would correct it. I took the computer home after paying with my credit card. I got home and the screen went off again. I took it back and I was told that I needed to replace the whole screen! I asked for the price and asked if he would give me a credit for the repair. He quoted the price, but I was told that there would be no credit. I told him that it was unfair and he told me that he didn't warranty the repair and that if I wanted to move forward, I needed to order the screen. I tried to argue about the money that he charged me just the prior night and he told me to get the &:&@#" out. That his shop was private property and that he had recorded the whole conversation about the warranty the prior night. I asked him to show me WHERE in the conversation he said his repairs had no warranty and he told me to get out and came around the counter to get me out. I called the police about the matter and I was told that this was a civil issue on a transaction. That I needed to take him to court if I wanted to get my money back. This was my experience in this shop. I went to Best Buy and they performed the same repair of the cable again. It worked just fine after I got my Toshiba back. I would not recommend not go back again to this shop.

Hello, Sparky. The name is Emory. I am a member of Standing on the Rock Fellowship Ministries. I have spoken with you in person once before, about employment. You told me to come back once I have obtained some CompTIA certifications. Well, I now have my STRATA. I was hoping that I would be able to meet up with you tomorrow at your shop to discuss possible employment. Thank you for your time. God bless you and have a wonderful day.
