- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From experience we have been told time and time again that our pricing is very fair and competitive. We strive to give customers the most bang for there buck without skipping steps to save labor or using cheap / used materials to save a buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out exactly what the customer wants or expects for that certain project. Figuring out a budget / timeframe for the project, giving our insight / knowledge for the project to make sure it is done properly without skipping quality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father Bob Brooks starting framing houses in 1978 - 1993 until he stared his own company doing framing, masonry and remodeling. Me Cody Brooks would go to work with him since the age of 5 on everyday off from school and the summer time, helping and learning.
