I hired ALM Serviceto remove. Bri k planter in front of my house. Their office was super responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. The demolition team did everything as quoted and left the job site clean. I would definitely hire them again.
Following the heavy monsoons this year, my home experienced extensive waterdamage that led to a severe mold issue. When ALM came out to inspect the property, they also identified that my popcorn ceiling could potentially contain asbestos. After completing thorough mold and asbestos testing, the lab results came back alarmingly high.
ALM immediately took action, understanding my concerns for my family’s health and safety. Their team was incredibly responsive, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They clearly explained every step of the remediation and restoration work, providing regular updates so I always knew what was happening in my home.
Not only did ALM successfully remove all mold and asbestos and repair the waterdamage, but they also handled the drywall and repainting — saving me the stress of having to coordinate with multiple contractors during an already difficult time.
The quality of their work was impeccable, and after completion, my follow-up testing confirmed that my home was completely free of mold and asbestos. I’m truly grateful for their expertise, communication, and dedication to excellence.
I would recommend ALM Restoration without hesitation for any waterdamage, mold, asbestos, or restoration project. Thank you to the entire ALM team for going above and beyond to restore both my home and my peace of mind.

We recently purchased a home in Scottsdale, Arizona, and hired ALM Services to conduct an asbestos survey along with a complete interior demolition, including the flooring, drywall, and fireplace. ALM Services wasn't the cheapest price, but their Google reviews clearly showed they had the most experienceand they proved it every step of the way. They did a phenomenal job, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and professional. We will definitely be hiring them again next summer when were ready to redo our yard!Thank you to Larry and the entire ALM team for making the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
