We had a water leak behind the bathtub. Carl immediately sent a guy out to inspect for water damage (at no extra charge). The gentleman who came by was friendly and professional. No damage found. Carl stopped by a couple days later (on a Saturday, when our schedules aligned) and he found the issue and fixed it. Carl was friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend him!

Wow, I put a request on thumbtack and received notification in minutes and very cheap service charge, then called the number that went directly to Carl the Plummer who actually answered. Told him my issue and he said he'll be right there in 30 minutes!!! how often does that happen when you have an emergency. Carl got here and within minutes my outside leak was corrected and saved me hundreds in water cost. He truly cared and even took the time to explain my water lines, since I just moved in! I would use Carl and Legendary for all my plumbing needs and great service.

Carl called first to let me know what time he would arrive. He cleared the drain mostly but it was not total cleared because the snake he had was not long enough. Carl came back the next day with a longer and thicker snake and cleaned the drain completely. There was no extra charge for coming back. He left everything clean. I would hire them again.

We had Carl from Legendary Plumbing out to remove and install a new toilet. His office staff was quick to respond and he was able to come out the same day. He was knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and reliable. He did a wonderful job and we are very happy. Highly recommend them!
