- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been in business for 20 years and do not try and compete with the "guy and a truck." We are licensed, bonded and insured in the State of Arizona and have opportunities to work with other contractors licensed in the nestled states to Arizona. We offer competitive pricing for A+ work and discounts for Active and Retired military, first responders and retirees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For smaller jobs like drywall repair of a fist hole, or door knob strike, or tub and shower resurfacing, we can quote from a picture uploaded by cell phone. For larger jobs like exterior painting, block wall repair, or larger renovations, we like to have a senior manager walk the property with you. There is no charge for on site estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in resurfacing by manufacture of specialized equipment and chemicals.
