- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our main focus is value-added quality and amazing customer care. We don’t compromise our integrity, or practice bait-and-switch tactics that some of our competitors might practice to get their foot in the door, and then charge you higher prices after the work is done. You will always know what you will pay for our service, PRIOR to us ever showing up at your front door.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know what the customer's needs are first and foremost. We like to begin with a brief phone conversation with the customer to determine what scope of work they need. We will ask some basic questions to determine the best plan of action. If you have an issue with extra dust in your home, or you notice a strange smell when the HVAC system turns on, or if your clothes aren't finished drying at the end of the drying cycle - we want to know what's going on so that we can get down to the bottom of the problem and provide you with a solution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company began because I saw the need for honest and fair practices within the duct cleaning industry, and a need for a value-added, quality service, so I decided to start my own company that does things the right way. My team and I share one common goal; excellent customer care. Each success of a business is attributable to its customers. I value each and every customer, and so do each of my team members. Our customers are the life blood of our business!
