- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have an hourly wage unless asked to do so and it would be based on the type of work to be done Residential the lowest and Insustrial the highest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up for a free estimate, negotiate and make written contract if nessessary. I then set a time to start job, purchase materials and continue to do work. if the work is long term I bill weekly or as per contracted on a percent basses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had some collage in electrical theory , construction and project mamagement. Also a lot of time in the traid. I have several Certificates in Code updates, Safety and Solar installations. Also I am Az,ROC Licensed.
