- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Your free consultation Every journey with us begins with a complimentary consultation. This can be over the phone or face-to-face, whichever is most convenient for you. We'll delve into all your event details, taking the time to truly understand your wants and needs. Our goal is to uncover every aspect necessary to ensure your event is exactly to your satisfaction. We work together from concept to completion of your event, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. Step 2: Thoughtful pricing Following our discussion, a pricing structure will be crafted that offers you the absolute best value. Rates are significantly lower than others, providing the best price with a satisfaction guarantee. Prices are reasonably and thoughtfully determined based on your specific event type, the equipment required, and the amount of servicing hours needed. Step 3: Maximizing value To give you even greater value, discounted rates are offered when you choose to bundle multiple services (e.g., Bartending, Photography, DJ, Officiant, etc.). The goal is to help you get the most out of your event budget without compromising on quality. Step 4: Event day execution On the day of your event, the team arrives at the venue usually two hours prior to the start time. This allows ample time to set up, get acclimated to the space, and offer any last-minute assistance you might need. The team is there to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
