- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every estimate is free and done in person, and you get a detailed, itemized written quote within 24 hours. Price depends on the size of the home and number of stories, stucco condition, paint grade, extras like fascia, garage doors, gates and backyard block walls, and whether a color change needs extra coats. Every coat needed to cover is included in the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book a free estimate; we walk the home with you and send an itemized written quote within 24 hours. We usually schedule about ten days out (a little longer in spring). Day 1: pressure-wash everything, cover windows, fixtures and floors, make stucco, drywall and wood repairs, and apply Loxon conditioner to stucco. Day 2: finish repairs and start painting. Day 3: finish painting, clean up, touch up and walk through the job with you. Out-of-town owners get before, progress and after photos and video.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a licensed, bonded and insured Arizona painting contractor. Our crews follow the paint manufacturer's guidelines on every job, including surface-temperature limits. In summer we start at 5:30 AM and stop when it hits 110°F, and we don't paint on monsoon days.
