- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and always what I personally would be willing to pay. Fair doesn't always mean the cheapest I do my best to be right in the middle. Cheap often times shows in the work provided. Everything I do, I treat it as if it was being done for myself!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's all about your needs, whether it's my first project with you or the 20th. My process is strictly to fullfill those needs to the best of my ability. I'm here to provide a great service and pleasant experience throughout your project. If your experience with me is ever unpleasant or you are dissatisfied with any result I'm the one that will always return or stay to make it right. I'd rather lose money than to see you dissatisfied with my work. Doing this line of work is truly a passion of mine I love meeting new people and most of all love seeing your satisfaction at the end of the day. Believe it or not...money is not at the forefront of my work, your 110% happiness is what I strive for. At the end of the day my payment is just a bonus to better provide for my family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If I'm not skilled in it I simply don't do it. Shortcuts are never a part of my work! If I feel at any point someone can do it significantly better than I could, I would tell you!
