- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No trip fees or charges for complete inspection! Every service visit includes a complete safety inspection by a trained technician at no cost. We also offer Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options so you can choose what fits your needs and budget. Ask your tech about our pricing promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your needs and concerns first. From there, we schedule a trained technician to perform a full on-site evaluation and 29 point safety check. You’ll receive clear repair or replacement options on the spot — often with photos and written estimates with good, better, best options — and we’ll walk you through each choice so you can decide confidently. Once approved, we handle the entire process from scheduling to final inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond our initial training program, our techs also participate in ongoing safety and technical workshops covering door balance, spring systems, motor technology, and gate automation. Every technician is background checked, insured, and trained to provide safety-first service.
